I just wanted to say Thanks to everyone who works at J. Liu. We had our wedding reception there, and it was GREAT. I appreciate all the work that was done by everyone to make Brandy and I’s wedding very special. I wanted to thank everyone personally that night for all their hard work. The staff at J. Liu’s is outstanding.
This past Saturday, my husband and I brought out-of-town friends to dine at your restaurant in Worthington. Once again, we were not disappointed in anything! The food was the best and the service was excellent. Our waiter, Justin was very professional, yet fun. Our friends were impressed. I would give you a rating of 5 (that being outstanding). Thanks Jason and company!
I was impressed by the staff upon entering as they had my reservation on hand. The bar was delightful and the servers knowledgeable and friendly. The food was very good and the wine reasonable. One of the most impressive gestures to me was that Jason Liu was on hand to greet dinner patrons and make one feel special for choosing this restaurant. But wait — I actually got called the next day by Jason’s staff to make sure my dining experience was everything I had hoped for! They exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend Jason’s to all my friends!
I have been to both locations a few times for dinner and twice for Brunch. The food is always spectacular and the service gets better with every visit. I sat at the bar on one occasion and the bartender was very friendly and hospitable. On another note, I visited the 2nd level at the Worthington location and it is AMAZING. The space is huge and would be great for a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, corporate parties, etc.
Jason’s Restaurant in Worthington, OH was amazing. This was a dinner for four women, and we had a wonderful time. The variety of menu items allowed everyone to pick a course that they loved. The server, general manager, and owner were all a delight.
There is something on the menu to please everyone, a wide variety of food choices. We have been there several times and each time the food was excellent in presentation and taste. We always feel like we are special and the staff is very friendly. Thank you for making our evening with our family so special on Friday, Feb. 27th. The food was excellent and the staff was so accommodating. Our server was also very helpful. You have made Jason’s our favorite place to gather with friends and family.
This was the first time the four of us visited Jason’s, and we’ll definitely be back! We all ordered entrees from the Pasta/Italian portion of the menu and thoroughly enjoyed them. We even tasted each other’s entrees and liked them. We have to return more times because we found a lot of great choices in the other parts of the menu. The warm rolls and the dipping oil were delicious, and we liked the wine list. The service and presentation of the entrees was outstanding. We also enjoyed meeting Jason when he made the rounds. We’ll be back and plan to tell our friends/spouses about J. Liu’s.
You can order Asian or classic american, as well as Italian. The service was great and the ambiance very romantic. We took our toddler and she loved her food, as well. Bevette was an excellent server. She did a fantastic job waiting on our entire family as we had a lot of requests. The food was great!

J. Liu has become my new favorite! Not only is the food phenomenal and always consistent, the staff is incredible. I am a regular there 1-2 times a week with friends, the bartenders Larry, Dave and Clyde are awesome guys and the Manager, Michael, always greets us with a smile and seems genuinely concerned that everyone has a good experience. Lots of referrals from this gal and will be taking my family, from California, there in the coming month.
The food and atmosphere at J.Liu are fantastic. My husband and I first visited it back in November 2008 for lunch and wanted to try it for dinner. We will definitely go back.
We arrived at our reservation time and were seated immediately. The food and service were great. We look forward to returning and also trying the other location in Worthington as well. A very organized, hardworking staff, lots of praise for the owner and management.
We had a wonderful experience. The pacing of the food and service was perfect. The food looked and tasted incredible. The decor and setting was inviting and relaxing. We will be back! We were called 3 days prior to our reservation to confirm and informed us of the name change from Jason’s to J Liu’s. We enjoyed our diner, service (Jeremy), and overall experience last Saturday, Valentine’s Day. Thank you for making the evening special.

Thanks for another great meal. My wife and I have eaten there many times, and the food is always prepared perfectly and the service is attentive without being pushy. I hope to eat there many more times.
With a party of 6, we all ordered something different. Everything was served in a timely manner, and was great! Service was prompt. Will go back again. This being my 4th time there!
We love Jason’s (J.Liu’s)! The food is great–not self-infatuated or hyped-up, just really good food, prepared well. We enjoy the range of food, although usually gravitate to the seafood menu. We highly recommend the Chilean sea bass and the scallops. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, but again, not overly hyped. We’re so grateful to have such a wonderful restaurant right in the neighborhood. Thanks, Jason’s!
